EU customers have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. In addition, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at help.baieparis@gmail.com within the return window. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Our bags are handmade from custom-developed pebbled vegan ultrafiber leather, and lined with our signature vegan merlot ultrafiber.

Yes! Our ultra fiber is a premium vegan alternative to leather, completely cruelty-free and designed to last, so you can look good and feel good
How Should I Care For My Bags?
We recommend that you protect any light-colored product with a fabric and faux leather protector before use.Light spot cleaning with a clean damp cloth is suggested.
